I really don't know, I'm not a generator myself and would have no idea where to start, these images are from here https://www.deviantart.com/andygiles ; there is no direction of what package is used but there are lots of AI / photo manipulators over on DA who talk about the systems they use, this poster is just very good at what is produced, many are not as talented.
